A Brooklyn-born producer and executive who has been at the forefront of hip-hop and R&B for over 30 years. He began his career at Bad Boy Records, where he managed The Notorious B.I.G., and later served as President of Arista Records, Jive Records, and RCA Records. Throughout his career, he has helped shape the success of numerous artists, including a long-standing, hands-on relationship with Chris Brown. During his leadership at RCA, the label’s roster included global stars such as SZA, Doja Cat, and BLACKPINK’s Lisa. Today, he focuses on developing the next generation of creators through his new venture, COFVNDERS.
